The Chairman’s report covering 2010 is now available. Shelley Cooling has been accepted as a Mission Partner by the Methodist Church in Britain. Her placement at the Home will begin in 2011 and be for a minimum of 3 years. She will be starting her training early in 2011.
2010 has also seen several church groups and circuits promising a year of support/fundraising for the Home.
June 2010 newsletter – Barry Barnes (Action for Children) has gained agreement to continue work with the Home for a further 2 years.

December 2009 Newsletter – Astonishment and Bridgety visit the UK. Over 10,000 Christmas cards sold this year – a new record!
September Newsletter 2009 – Superintendent Astonishment and Bridgety Mapurisa will be arriving in the UK on Oct. 1st, contact the Chairman if you would like to attend any of their presentations.
June 2009 Newsletter – Report from Action for Children’s Development officer Barry Barnes.
The Treasurer’s report for 2009 is now available. Our best year to date, we raised a total of £65,000. Due to inflation difficulties in Zimbabwe we are now making payments to the Home in US dollars. Some of the funds raised this year have been held in reserve for the Creche project for which we have commited to supplying £12,000 in 2009. We can also proudly announce that as usual our expenses were incredibly low (£36 for the year).
March 2008 Newsletter – ZimbabweMethodist Church choose May to be the annual MRCH month and will be accompanied by much fundraising activity. The children now receive 3 meals a day every day.
January 2008 Newsletter – The video of the grand opening of all the new buildings is now available. Work on the creche can now begin.
June 2005 Newsletter – Second set of Family homes are now occupied. Landscaping and vegetable gardens begining around the Home.
January 2005 Newsletter – A qualified nurse has now joined the team at the Home working in the new clinic.
